It all started when I was tasked with the requirement to sell off a bulk of leftover materials, at the end of a construction project. Nobody at the company wanted to deal with all the randoms on other marketplace apps, as we were all so busy and had no time, for time wasters. However, the materials were in the way, so they had to go. If they were not sold, we would end up paying to send them to landfill!
We had recently offloaded our storage facility, along with our pick up truck and storeman, as this was also not a cost effective solution, to all the leftover materials from hundreds of construction projects each year.
So Builders Buys was born, with the idea of making the buying and selling of construction industry materials as straight forward as possible. Not only between builders and individuals, but business to business also.
